Louis Vuitton (2025)

From the Trunk to the Pixel

From the Trunk to the Pixel
[01]Project Contexte

Louis Vuitton is an iconic Maison driven by innovation. Its origins are technical: the bed trunk of 1868, objects built to solve problems nobody had solved yet.

Since 2025, we have been working closely with the Maison to explore, test and develop new production pipelines that leverage generative AI for content creation.

[02]Our approach

Product digitisation plus generative AI, turning physical products into a wide range of digital assets.

From product pages to editorial imagery, we built custom workflows and trained AI models on the products themselves to accelerate the production of on-model visuals and digital assets.

The model improves production efficiency, accelerates time to market, and opens new creative and digital experience opportunities — while keeping full control and ownership of the production process inside the Maison.

[03]From proof to practice

Selected for the LVMH Innovation Awards 2025, presented at VivaTech on the Louis Vuitton stand, with Rigsters and OKCC.

One year on, the work has moved from demonstration into practice: a widening range of use cases across digital experiences, content creation and animated storytelling. The tools have changed, the models have evolved, and we continue to push the boundaries of how AI can redefine creation.
